first and foremost, happy memorial day, friends!
thank you to all those who have served our beautiful country & to those who are still serving so that we may live a comfortable life. if it wasn't for you all, we wouldn't have the liberties we take for granted everyday. thank you also to all of our soldier's families for staying strong and allowing the rest of us to live so comfortably.
thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
now, on to the next thing i need to tell y'all about.
remember how a while ago, i did the MS150 ride & told y'all about how hubby & i are always doing random, stupid challenging athletic things?
yeah, well apparently after taking almost a month to take it easy and relax, we are hopping into another ridiculous thing.
cue:: insanity.

so this is a 60 day workout challenge which is all based on high-intensity interval training!
i'm actually really excited about it & am looking forward to seeing how the whole thing turns out.
we have a family reunion coming up in July & i better be workin' a toned bod by that time. helllooo motivation.
